Legacies' Rafael Faces His Curse in Season 3, Episode 2 Clip

Legacies' Rafael (Peyton Alex Smith) feared what it meant for him to be alive again after being a puppet of The Neuromancer, and soon, he'll face the devasting news he sensed was coming.

A newly released clip from Legacies' Season 3, Episode 2, "Goodbyes Sure Do Suck" was shared by The CW, showing The Super Squad uniting to help Rafael with a dire side effect from his Neuromancer resurrection in Season 2 of the supernatural series. "Does it sound like I'm going to make it?" Rafael asks Landon (Aria Shahghasemi) in the clip.

Although Raf doesn't seem very hopeful that he'll survive the side effects from being linked to The Neuromancer previously and now brought back from being a zombie, MG (Quincy Fouse) reminds the team that, "The Super Squad always saves the day. What do you need us to do?"

Returning Headmaster Alaric Saltzman (Matthew Davis) pleads with his students to "do anything we can" to save Raf from facing a similar fate to Chad's in Season 3's premiere episode.

Legacies' sneak peek clip at its latest season's Episode 2 ends with The Super Squad learning that while they were plotting to save Raf, he's disappeared from campus. The CW's clip hints that the Salvatore students' next adventure will be as much about finding Raf as will be about saving his new chance at life.

FINDING PEACE -- The Super Squad pull out all the stops when they learn some devastating news involving one of their own. Alaric (Matthew Davis) turns to Sheriff Mac (Bianca Kajlich) for help getting some timely affairs in order. Danielle Rose Russell, Aria Shahghasemi, Jenny Boyd, Quincy Fouse, Peyton Alex Smith, Chris Lee and Ben Levin also star. Eric Dean Seaton directed the episode written by Benjamin Raab & Deric A. Hughes (#302). Original airdate 1/28/2021.
