Fall Guys Comes to Xbox This Summer | CBR

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout will finally arrive on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One this summer.

The news came from Joe Walsh, lead game designer at Mediatonic, the developer of the game. "Our whole team cannot wait to welcome Xbox players to the Blunderdome for all sorts of bean-based mayhem — it’s certainly been a while coming, but we’re here and couldn’t be happier," he wrote on Xbox Wire.

The game is already available for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4, and will be playable on the Nintendo Switch later this year. A specific date for the Xbox release was not announced.

Fall Guys debuted on Aug. 4 of last year and quickly took over the multiplayer and battle royale gaming spheres, selling over 11 million copies on PC by December 2020. Playing as a jellybean-shaped figure, players compete in a series of individual and team challenges, including races and capture the flag-like competitions. Players are eliminated in every match, and the last gamer standing is declared the winner.

Developed by Mediatonic, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is now available for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4. It arrives on Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One in mid-2021.
