The Dragon Ball series revolves around the titular Dragon Balls. A person who manages to gather all the Dragon Balls can make a wish. The wish can be for practically anything, but a wish can only be granted once. Since the wishes are granted by a sentient being, the wishes seem to have no downside.
Sasuke's life has been full of traumatic experiences; he has known a lot of pain and loss. If he could gain access to the Dragon Balls, he would be able to make a wish. In theory, he could wish for anything he wanted. He could gain back all he's lost, but the wish he'd make would depend on his age once he manages to gather the Dragon Balls.
10 He Would Wish His Clan Back To Life
As Sasuke grew older, he would come to understand the reasons his clan had to die. When he was young, he only understood the pain. The betrayal of his brother seemed completely random at the time.
Sasuke grew up believing his clan was wonderful and noble. He didn't see its many faults. He saw the world through the eyes of a child. In his youth, he wouldn't have been able to understand the downside of being reunited with his parents.
9 He Would Wish For Strength
There is a chance Sasuke would have chosen to let his clan rest peacefully. The Dragon Ball series seems to imply at one point that there are restrictions to bringing people back from the dead. If Sasuke couldn't resurrect his clan, he would certainly turn to gain revenge.
Sasuke could wish for the strength to win in a fight against his brother. The wish could be granted in the form of him gaining a more advanced Sharingan or a jutsu that could dominate over Itachi.
8 He Would Wish For Destruction
After learning the truth about his brother, Sasuke turns to the village he once called home, seeking revenge. He planned to destroy the village and everything it represented. But there might have been people or places Sasuke would have hesitated to destroy.
If he had instead wished for its destruction, he wouldn't have had to face former friends or allies. He wouldn't have had to risk his life facing off against the Leaf Village Shinobi. He could have destroyed the village easily by making a simple wish.
7 He Would Wish For The Hokage Title
Sasuke shocks everyone when he shows up declaring he has decided to become Hokage. He had never expressed any interest in the office before that moment. He didn't even seem to fully understand what the title meant.
Sasuke expressed that he wanted to reshape the world. He would stand as a threat, forcing everyone else to work together to stop him. He stated that he would live a sad and lonely life for the sake of the world. A wish could have caused his vision to come to fruition.
6 He Would Wish To Supersede Naruto
Naruto spent a lot of time trying to outshine Sasuke. In return, Sasuke seemed to barely acknowledge Naruto's existence. Sasuke got into such a place in life that he had to admit Naruto had superseded his skill level.
Sasuke and Naruto were constantly improving their skills. The two seemed to always be in competition with each other. There are few times in Sasuke's life where his main motivation isn't to overcome Naruto. This desire is especially true during their fight in the Valley of the End.
5 He Would Wish For Peace
After the birth of his daughter Sarada, Sasuke returned to the village for a brief time. He knew that the Otsutsuki would be a major threat to their way of life. He decided to leave the village and search for more information on the Otsutsuki Clan.
If he could, he would definitely wish for peace for the sake of his world, his village, and his daughter. Sasuke's painful past was a byproduct of the wars of the past. Peace would ensure that people like his daughter would never have to suffer.
4 He Would Wish For A Better Life For Sakura & Sarada
Sasuke has made it clear that he really does love Sakura. He deeply regrets the pain that he caused her in the past. His job and duty had forced him to spend long stints of time away from his family.
He could easily wish for a way to make up for everything he has missed. Perhaps he could wish for more money or more time for their sakes. There is a chance Sasuke might wish he could spend more time with the people he loves.
3 He Would Wish To Change The Past
After Sasuke's final fight with Naruto, he realizes the errors he has made in the past. He instantly becomes remorseful. He spends a lot of time trying to redeem himself.
He left the village for an extended period of time, trying to do enough good to counteract the damage he has done in the past. He tries to change how people view him and how he views himself. There are things about his past he would change if he could.
2 He Would Wish For Boruto's Salvation
After the fight with Momoshiki, Boruto is given the power of the Otsutsuki Clan. The karma mark promises to give Boruto a little more power, but it also potentially has a downside.
There is some evidence to suggest that Momoshiki could possess Boruto. Sasuke is striving to find a way to save his best friend's only son. Naruto never gave up on Sasuke, even when Sasuke was plunged into darkness. To some extent, Sasuke believes he owns Naruto.
1 He Would Wish To bring His Brother back To Life
Even as an adult, Sasuke feels great sorrow for his brother. Itachi gave up a lot to keep his village safe. He sacrificed greatly for Sasuke's sake. Itachi always loved and cared for his younger brother.
If given the chance, Sasuke wouldn't hesitate to give Itachi a second chance at life. It really bothers Sasuke that his brother missed out on so much. Sasuke would jump at the chance to reunite with his brother.
