Mystery Girl is a comic series by writer Paul Tobin and artist Alberto Alburquerque. The Dark Horse comic series follows Trine who has no memories of her origins and is guided by a voice in her head that somehow knows the darkest secrets of those she encounters. When Trine and a down on his luck LAPD cop named Cooper are framed for murder, they must work together to clear their names and uncover Trine's powers and past.
At the time of this writing, there are no other casting announcements for Netflix's Mystery Girl film, nor a set release date.
