The English dub of The Promised Neverland Season 2 will premiere on Adult Swim's Toonami block April 10 at 1:30 AM ET.
Toonami announced the acquisition and the April 10 schedule on its official Facebook page, posting the information along with the note, "Let the monsters creep back in!" The Promised Neverland Season 2 will replace Fire Force Season 2 on the action/anime block's schedule.
Toonami previously aired The Promised Neverland's first season from April 13, 2019 to June 29, 2019, shortly after its original Japanese run ended. Season 2 premiered in Japan on January 8 this year and is currently ongoing.
Based on the Shonen Jump manga by Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu, The Promised Neverland is about a group of children who realize their idyllic orphanage is actually a farm raising them as meat for demons. Season 2 follows the kids as they try to survive in the demon world after their escape from the farm. The series is licensed by Aniplex of America and the English dub is produced by Bang Zoom! Entertainment.
English-subtitled episodes of The Promised Neverland Season 2 stream Thursdays on Funimation and Hulu.
