Orochimaru is a villain in the Naruto series. After seeing the effects of war, Orochimaru becomes obsessed with immortality. The learned shinobi was willing to do anything in order to extend his life for as long as possible.
He broke laws and performed strange experiments to give himself mastery over life and death. The fear of death has caused Orochimaru to do horrible things, and even when he is killed, he always finds a way to come back. He is seemingly immune to death.

Anytime Eren is injured, he turns into a gigantic Titan and becomes almost indestructible. His status as a Titan has kept him alive in a time of war and allowed him to exact revenge on the Titans that ruined his life. His greatest weakness seems to be his immense anger.

Kaname is a pureblood vampire in the Vampire Knight series. While the purebloods are immortal, Kaname has managed to outlive most of his race. He has been alive for thousands of years.
Pureblood vampires are notoriously difficult to kill and have very few weaknesses. A pureblood's life would only end if they were killed by their own hand. Kaname manages to live through many wars and stayed alive in a weakened state for generations and survived for a number of years without a heart. His life carried on after he was given a replacement.
