The promo clip ends with the catchphrase, "It hits different." Fans speculated that this is a subtle acknowledgment from the video game company that the gameplay of its prior WWE 2k series video game was less than ideal and needed development and has listened to feedback.

After a backlash from the WWE 2K20 game, WWE Games stepped back from its plan to release an annual video game -- nixing any potential plans for a WWE 2k21 game -- and focused efforts on the more cartoon-based approach of WWE 2K Battlegrounds and developing its realistic graphics-approach to its upcoming WWE 2k22 video game.

WrestleMania 37 will air live as a two-night event from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, on April 10 and 11. The event is available to stream live for Premium and Premium Plus subscribers of NBC's Peacock streaming service, the new home of the WWE Network.

WrestleMania 37's night 1 will feature matches including Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair and Bad Bunny with Damien Priest vs. The Mix with John Morrison. Its second night will feature matches such as Roman Reigns with Paul He-man vs. Edge vs. Daniel Bryan and The Fiend with Alexa Bliss vs. Randy Orton.
