The Sharingan is a powerful anomaly, and those who possess its power have showcased some of the best abilities of the entire Naruto franchise. It is the dojutsu kekkei genkai of the Uchiha Clan which originated from Hagoromo Otsutsuki who first awakened it after he experienced a great loss. This unique trait where someone is able to awaken the Sharingan through experiencing a traumatic event was then passed down to the Uchiha, and over the course of centuries, many within the clan were able to activate various adaptations of this dojutsu kekkei genkai, such as the Mangekyo Sharingan.
Uchiha Sasuke himself possesses incredible Sharingan abilities which consistently led him down the path of both darkness and victory before he eventually became one of the world's saviors. On the contrary, although a large percentage of his techniques are due to his visual prowess, Sasuke's abilities outside of the Sharingan were often overshadowed and underestimated.
10 He Has Genius-Level Taijutsu Skills
Sasuke is extremely proficient in taijutsu and is able to confidently take on multiple opponents at once using hand-to-hand combat.
His genius-level taijutsu skills were first acknowledged by Kakashi during the bell test when the copy ninja himself had to get somewhat serious in order to stop Sasuke from taking a bell. Sasuke's taijutsu skills are also made apparent during his various battles with Naruto, where Sasuke is able to single handily fend off hundreds of Naruto's shadow clones.

Sasuke is an expert when it comes to shurikenjutsu and is able to flawlessly throw shuriken and kunai with complete accuracy to ensure they never miss their target.
Some of Sasuke's shurikenjutsu techniques include Lighting Flash Blade Creation, where he seals shuriken and kunai into his clothes in order to use these ninja tools in an instant.
8 He's Able To Use All Five Basic Nature Transformations
Sasuke can utilize all five basic nature transformations, and because he is part of the Uchiha Clan, he is naturally gifted when it comes to Fire Release. As such, he mastered Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu, also known as Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique at a very young age.
He is particularly skillful when it comes to using Lightning Release and regularly enhances the power of his ninja weapons and tools by coating them in lightning when facing an enemy. Sasuke is also able to combine both Wind and Water Release in order to make ice.
7 He's Also Able To Perform Yin Release
Yin Release sits outside of the five basic nature transformations and was given to Sasuke by Hagoromo Otsutsuki during the Fourth Great Ninja War, while its counterpart, Yang Release, was obtained by Naruto.
After Hagoromo transfers this power to Sasuke, a crescent moon marking appeared on his left palm, allowing him to work in unison with Naruto and his newly acquired Yang Release. The immense power they both received meant they were both able to successfully seal Kaguya Otsutsuki.
6 He Can Use Multiple Summoning Jutsu
The Summoning Technique allows a user to summon an animal to their specific location, however, one must first form a contract with the respective species beforehand. Sasuke has the ability to summon both hawks and snakes. His ability to summon snakes was only made possible after he absorbed Orochimaru.
Acquiring the ability to summon snakes saved Sasuke's life against his battle against Deidara, where he used Manda, the largest snake in the world, to shield himself from Deidara's fatal attack.
5 He Is Known For Being Incredibly Intelligent
Sasuke possesses genius-level intelligence and is known among the masses for being both analytically and practically smart. This comes as no surprise considering he scored top marks during his days at the ninja academy.
His quick thinking has aided him through many scenarios against formidable foes and allows him to devise winning strategies even in the most dangerous of situations.
4 He Has Incredible Speed & Reflexes
Early on in the series, Naruto fans caught a glimpse of Sasuke's incredible speed and reflex skills as he evaded incoming attacks from Haku's Crystal Ice Mirrors technique. Haku himself noted how impressed he was by Sasuke's reaction time.
More so, after training under Kakashi, Sasuke honed both his speed and reflex capabilities which he showcased during his highly-anticipated battle against Gaara during the final stage of the Chunin Exams.
3 He Was Able To Survive After Receiving Orcochimaru's Cursed Seal Of Heaven Mark & Use It To His Advantage
Sasuke was able to survive after receiving the Cursed Seal of Heaven mark from Orochimaru during the Chunin Exams. Cursed seals are known for giving the user enhanced charka levels and psychical capabilities, and Sasuke was able to utilize many techniques as a result of receiving the cursed mark.
He also survived when he activated the second level of his cursed mark and obtained strength that was on par with a jinchuriki's version 1 form.
2 He Can Perform One-Handed Seals
Sasuke lost his left arm during his final battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End, and unlike Naruto, he chose not to get a prosthetic arm in order to atone for his sins. Despite this, Sasuke is still able to perform his infamous techniques using one-handed seals and remains one of the strongest shinobi in the Naruto universe.

Being the reincarnation of Indra Otsutsuki Sasuke naturally possesses strong chakra, which is why he is able to utilize all five basic nature elements, summon large creatures, and master many techniques as he gains more strength throughout the series.
His chakra reserves are also large, meaning he can perform many powerful techniques multiple times a day.
