Pieck Finger is often considered to be the weakest of the nine Titan Shifters in the Attack On Titan universe. These claims aren't entirely unsubstantiated - her cart form is the smallest of its kind, and it primarily serves a support function in combat (namely to arm Zeke with boulders or other crushing materials).
Therefore, it came as a surprise when Pieck proved herself during the final fight against Eren Yeager and demonstrated her merit in battle. By matching her against the series' characters, we can better approximate how viable in battle she really is.
10 Would Lose To: Kenny's Large Guns Counter Pieck's Agility
Kenny Ackerman wielded large guns powerful enough to obliterate much of his intended targets' torso. Given his precision with using it, it follows that he'd be able to shoot out Pieck's eyes, forcing her to revert to human form to restore her sight and thereby rendering her vulnerable for the killing stroke.
Considering that he is not as dependent on melee weaponry as his nephew, the anti-ODM master can counter Pieck's high mobility with his deadly arsenal of ranged weaponry and natural proficiency in using it.
9 Could Beat: Pieck Has Defeated Lara's War Hammer Titan
One would be reasonably dubious to believe that Pieck could defeat Lara in battle considering that the latter was strong enough to overwhelm Eren Yeager. However, Pieck's endurance and intelligence have both enabled her victory against the War Hammer during the events of the Rumbling.
By leaving and reentering cart form while her Titan body was skewered, she opportunistically ripped out Lara's nape and brought her crashing down. Considering that Tybur had yet to pull her weapon free of the cart's decaying corpse, she was powerless to prevent the attack.
8 Would Lose To: Zeke's Boulders Are Deadly At Virtually Any Distance
Zeke Yeager may not be the most proficient melee brawler, but his boulders have both reach and caliber. They were strong enough to level an entire village from across a sward, evincing their potential to destroy Pieck's Titan body.
Even if she managed to close the distance between them in a fight, the Beast Titan is over four times taller than his opponent. Therefore, Pieck's only recourse is to attempt a retreat as she has no hope of taking down Zeke given his advantages in all areas of the fight.
7 Could Beat: Jean's Limited Experience & Hesitation Would Be His Undoing
Jean is known for fits of hesitation, as proven through his reluctance to kill Reiner during the second battle for Shiganshina and when he stalled during his fight against Kenny's anti-ODM squad. Both of these factors would be to a serious detriment given the speed of the Cart Titan.
Should Pieck dash straight for him, he'd soon find himself overwhelmed and caught within her jaws. Even if he managed to escape, his low experience in dealing with Titan Shifters would spell his undoing.
6 Would Lose To: Porco's Jaw Titan Has The Mobility & Offense Necessary To Take Pieck Out
Porco's Jaw Titan was almost as fast as the Cart, capable of crossing vast terrain in seconds and even dodging the spikes of Eren's inherited War Hammer ability. As a result, he has the agility to contend with Pieck, eliminating her greatest advantage against most opponents.
Additionally, his jaws are powerful enough to shred any material and could rip off her head and nape in a single bloodcurdling chomp. This would prevent her from reverting back to her human form in order to escape his clutches.
5 Could Beat: Gabi Would Never Get The Angle Necessary To Take Pieck Out
When using her anti-Titan rifle, Gabi is a superb marksman who was proficient enough to shoot Floch down out of the air. This entails that she might have similar success against Pieck if the Cart Titan charges into danger headfirst.
However, if Pieck were to disengage her Titan body as she closed the distance and resumed it as she neared her target, it would provide the distraction necessary to throw Gabi off guard and spell her defeat.
4 Would Lose To: Pieck Has No Means Of Harming Reiner
While it was proven possible to break through Reiner's armor with enough explosive force (whether by using thunder spears or hardened Titan Shifter fists), his dense plates still provide an impervious guard against most conventional attacks.
Considering that Pieck cannot harden any part of her body and is not equipped with thunder spears, she would be hopeless against Braun. Her only reprieve would be to use the large gun strapped to her back, but it requires Marleyans to operate - Marleyans who she wouldn't have to assist her in a solo battle.
3 Could Beat: Dina Fritz's Abnormal Strength Is Wielded Clumsily
Dina Fritz proved to be abnormally strong for a pure Titan, capable of seizing and devouring Hannes during the mission to rescue Eren. She was also able to resist the other giants summoned against her as an ephemeral testament of her strength and durability.
In spite of her considerable strength, Pieck could dispatch her in the same way she defeated the War Hammer. By leaping into the air, reverting to human form, and then becoming the Cart Titan once again, she'd position herself behind the royal's nape and manage to rip it out.
2 Would Lose To: Mikasa Has Excellent ODM Navigation & Potent Thunder Spears
Although Pieck's stamina allows her to utilize her Titan form dozens of times throughout any given fight, there is a finite limit to her regeneration. Compounding with her low durability, this makes her an ideal candidate for Mikasa's multiple thunder spears to destroy.
Considering that Floch was fast enough to react to Pieck's jaws (and that Ackerman is a considerably more skilled scout than he is, especially with the burst of strength she is able to access), Pieck has no tangible means of harming Mikasa and would soon succumb to her fury.
1 Could Beat: Pieck Could Exploit Bertholdt's Low Endurance To Defeat Him
Although the Colossal Titan would completely dominate Pieck in an even fight, she would be able to swing the outcome in her favor if she chooses to engage intelligently.
Since Bertholdt's stamina is among the worst of the Titan Shifters (and because Pieck's surpasses everyone else's), she would only need to retreat from Bertholdt until he could no longer sustain his towering form. Once he reverted, she'd double back to deliver the killing blow and end her comrade's life.
