The battle for the supremacy of the seas is an everlasting one in the One Piece world. Just as the pirates try to conquer the seas, the World Government tries to do the same, and the Revolutionary Army attempts to overthrow the government itself.

While those who spearhead the age are certainly quite powerful, there are also those who set sail yet are considered to be weak. Most of these characters have had little to no luck in all the battles that they've been in and have thus faced defeat on countless occasions.

10 Alvida Was Introduced Early But Has Never Been Able To Win A Fight

Introduced quite early in One Piece, Alvida is a pirate who has failed in every single battle she's been in. Her first fight came against Monkey D. Luffy, who defeated her with ease. Adamant on getting her revenge on Luffy, she returned during the Logue Town arc only to get defeated once again, this time by Smoker. Alvida hasn't been in any major battle since then, and if she ever fights in the future, the outcome will likely be the same.

9 Buggy's First Mate, Mohji, Never Won Any Battle He's Been In

Mohji is the First Mate of Buggy and was introduced to the fans during the Orange Town arc. Implied to have been formidable at the time, Mohji went up against Luffy and lost the battle quite quickly. He then fought Cabaji for the control of the Buggy Pirates and the fight appeared to have been a draw. Mohji's pet, Ritchie, was the one who defeated both and ended up becoming their leader eventually until Buggy returned and planned to go back to the Grand Line.

8 Cabaji Of The Buggy Pirates Shares His Bad Luck With Mohji

The Chief of Staff of the Buggy Pirates, Cabaji was once known to be quite a fighter, having Buggy's full trust in a fight against Roronoa Zoro. Expectedly, Cabaji lost the fight to the Straw Hat swordsman, and following this defeat, Cabaji fought Mohji in their tied battle. He's also fought against some minor enemies but has had no luck, just like every other member of their crew.

7 Jango Lost To Zoro Quite Easily In Syrup Village

Introduced in One Piece's Syrup Village arc, Jango was Captain Kuro's right-hand man. To see Kuro's plan come to fruition, Jango attacked the village but was stopped in his tracks by Roronoa Zoro, who defeated the hypnotist quite easily in battle.

Jango then went on to join the Marines and even took part in the Paramount War. However, with his skill, he wasn't able to make any significant difference in any fight.

6 Fullbody's Luck Went Downhill After Fighting Sanji At Baratie

A Marine Lieutenant Commander, Fullbody made his appearance at the seafaring restaurant known as Baratie where he fought Sanji, the future cook of the Straw Hat Pirates. Sanji defeated Fullbody effortlessly, and after Fullbody escaped from the place, his luck only got worse as he lost to the captain of the Tulip Pirates as well. Fullbody was even demoted to the rank of Marine Lieutenant. Eventually, he became a follower of "Black Cage" Hina and continues to follow her to this day.

5 Celestial Dragon Saint Charlos Lacks Any Fighting Skill

Charlos is a Celestial Dragon who was introduced in One Piece's Sabaody Archipelago arc. Born with the greatest of privileges, Charlos abused them to the fullest and continues to do so. As a Celestial Dragon, he has the Admirals at his disposal, but he lacks any sort of fighting skills himself. In his brief clash against Zoro, Charlos would've died had Bonney not saved him. During the Reverie arc, he wasn't even able to defend himself from another weak Celestial Dragon, Mjosgard.

4 Spandam's Battle Prowess Is Below That Of An Average Marine

Once the leader of the CP-9, Spandam currently serves as a subordinate member of CP-0. During the Enies Lobby arc, he rose as a major antagonist and was a threat due to having strong people surrounding him.

Spandam lacks any sort of fighting skill, and according to Fukuro, his strength is below the level of an average Marine, which just goes to show that he's acquired his position through sheer luck or trickery. He's fought a few battles against the likes of Franky, Robin, and Sogeking, but lost them all.

3 Mr. 3 Wasn't Known For His Strength During His Baroque Works Days

An Officer Agent of the Baroque Works, Mr. 3 was the major antagonist of the Little Garden arc where he faced Monkey D. Luffy. Despite having the powers of the Doru Doru no Mi up his sleeve, he ended up losing the fight with just a single punch. He was then defeated by Crocodile, then by Sanji. During the Impel Down arc, Mr. 3 provided support to Luffy against Magellan, but he still didn't display any fighting skill himself.

2 Gecko Moria Was An Unfortunate Pirate And Lost All Major Fights

After the death of the Pirate King, Gol D. Roger, Moria aimed to make the age his and set sail to the New World. Being a famous pirate, he acquired a bounty of 320 million berries at one point. Moria clashed against Kaido in the New World but lost bitterly. He only got weaker over the following years, and during the Thriller Bark arc, Luffy defeated him. He also took part in the Paramount War where Doflamingo and the Pacifistas nearly killed him.

1 Jack The Drought Has Lost All Battles Despite Being Very Powerful

One of Kaido's three All-Stars, Jack the Drought is an incredibly powerful pirate with a bounty of a billion berries on his head. Making his debut during the Zou arc, Jack fought both Inuarashi and Nekomamushi but couldn't overpower either of them. To get the better of the Minks, the Beasts Pirates made use of poison gas.

Shortly afterward, Jack attacked Fujitora and Sengoku, only to get defeated once again. His return to Zou saw him get smashed by Zunesha. During the Wano Country arc, Jack fought Shutenmaru in an uphill battle where he got overwhelmed, and on Onigashima, he was defeated again by the Sulong powers of Inuarashi and Nekomamushi.
