If they were in an area where there are many slain, Isaac could easily keep bringing them to life with his necromancy to overwhelm her.
9 Can't Beat: Azusa's 300 Years Of Magic Experience Is Too Much For Him (I've Been Killing Slimes For 300 Years & Maxed Out My Level)
Isaac might have the power of necromancy on his side, but Azusa from I've Been Killing Slimes is far too powerful for him to beat alone. In her respective series as the strongest fighter, Azusa demonstrated proficiency in high-level magic spells, and she can even create new spells.
Her many victories in the series included her defeating Laika, a dragon, as well as the demon Beelzebub. This string of victories would likely continue in a second season. Isaac would put up a good fight, but he would easily be overwhelmed by Azusa's vast magical experience.

Additionally, considering how Killua is initially brainwashed by his brother Illumi to back away from any opponents he can't beat, it's possible that Killua might flee fighting Isaac before they actually fight each other.
7 Can't Beat: Sebastian Is Too Adaptive & Also A Demon (Black Butler)
Sebastian from Black Butler is a demon, so he can't easily be killed as is, even with Isaac using his necromancy and other abilities. Additionally, Sebastian proved countless times in his respective series that he can easily adapt and use almost anything as a weapon.
Even an expert combatant like Isaac wouldn't stand a chance against Sebastian's abilities. If Sebastian can match opponents as tough as Grell and Madam Red, he can definitely beat Isaac in a one-on-one battle.
6 Can Beat: Tisalia Doesn't Stand A Chance Despite Having Extra Legs (Monster Girl Doctor)
Tisalia from Monster Girl Doctor is a skilled centaur and also renowned for her expert fighting, but she would stand no chance against Isaac's necromancy. Even though she has extra legs due to being a centaur, which helps with giving direct attacks to her opponent, she does not have as wide of a range of combat skills compared to Isaac.
Tisalia would try her best, but Isaac would ultimately beat her in battle. He just has too vast of a range of abilities, when compared to her in combat.
5 Can't Beat: Lucy From Would Overwhelm Him With Her Vectors (Elfen Lied)
Lucy from Elfen Lied is capable of self-healing, which puts Isaac's expert combat to shame. Additionally, she has the vectors that she can use to beat him with as well, granting her additional abilities that could overwhelm him.
Both fighters would put up a good match against each other in battle, but Lucy would ultimately beat him. She is simply too skilled even for Isaac.
4 Can Beat: Hercule's Showboating Skills Are Nowhere Close To Isaac's Level (Dragon Ball Z)
Hercule from Dragon Ball Z is a well-known fighter for his martial arts skills, but his abilities are nowhere close to Isaac's. Isaac could easily wipe the floor with him with his necromancy and expert combat skills.
Additionally, Hercule tends to overestimate his own abilities and underestimate his opponents', which is a bad idea when going up against someone as tough as Isaac. If these two fought each other, Isaac would definitely give Hercule a run for his money.
3 Can't Beat: Armstrong Can Go Toe To Toe With Fighters Like Scar & Roa (Fullmetal Alchemist)
Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist is one of the physically bulkiest characters in his series. However, he's also tough enough to match up against strong opponents such as Scar and Roa. Considering this assessment of strength, he could take on Isaac in battle as well, even with Isaac's own necromancy backing him up.
It would be an extremely close battle between Armstrong and Isaac, but Armstrong would definitely win due to his sheer strength and abilities to match against tough opponents.
2 Can Beat: Tuxedo Mask Is Too Weak To Handle Isaac Easily (Sailor Moon)
Tuxedo Mask from Sailor Moon might be a helpful ally in battle, but he would be immediately overwhelmed if he went up against Isaac alone. He might be able to throw roses to stop an attack or two, as well as use his cane for some swordplay, but Isaac's expert combat skills and necromancy would quickly overwhelm him.
Tuxedo Mask would do all he could to beat Isaac, but the battle between each other is one-sided in Isaac's favor. Isaac's abilities are just too powerful compared to Tuxedo Mask.
1 Can't Beat: Eren Yeager's Titan Form Would Be Near-Impossible To Beat (Attack On Titan)
The normal Eren Yeager from Attack On Titan might have a tough time against Isaac, even with both of them having a strong military background. However, if Eren transformed into his Titan form, it would be near impossible for Isaac to beat.
Eren would just be too powerful in strength for Isaac to take down in one fell swoop. Meanwhile, Eren could likely just pick him up and eat him alive (though not without Isaac fighting to the bitter end). Eren and Isaac could potentially be friends with each other, but if they both had to fight each other to the death, Eren would win once he transforms into his Titan form.
