Doom Patrol's New Trailer Introduces the Reimagined Sisterhood of Dada

One of the many surprises revealed in the latest trailer for Doom Patrol was the introduction of the Sisterhood of Dada, a revamped version of the Brotherhood of Evil.

Near the halfway point in the Season 3 trailer, Negative Man mentions how the Brotherhood of Evil were previously defeated in the past. Madame Rouge (played by newcomer Michelle Gomez) tells the team they have bigger problems to worry about -- namely, the Sisterhood of Dada. We then get quick glimpses at four individuals who may make up the membership of this new villainous team. When Elasti-Woman asks if Doom Patrol needs to find and corral them, Madame Rouge replies, "Actually... I'd like you to kill them."

Of course, Doom Patrol is shocked by the request to kill others. "We are not the kind of people that kill people," Cyborg declares. "We've got our own crap to take care of, remember?" Robotman adds. It's unclear if the Sisterhood of Dada is a real threat in Season 3 of Doom Patrol, or if Madame Rouge is merely attempting to manipulate events in her favor.

It's possible the Sisterhood of Dada is an offshoot of the Brotherhood of Evil, which consists of the DC villains The Brain, Monsieur Mallah and Garguax. In any case, as the trailer demonstrates, Doom Patrol will have their hands full with each of these new threats.

Doom Patrol Season 3 premieres Sept. 23 on HBO Max.
