10 Cartoon Characters Who Would Be Great Jedi | CBR

For many characters in the Star Wars universe, the ultimate goal was becoming a full-fledged Jedi Master. That being said, there were also more than a few characters who wanted to eliminate the Jedi from existence. It wasn't a particularly good hobby but it certainly made things interesting around the galaxy.

But there are also a lot of characters from various cartoon series who would make incredible Jedi. Given what Emperor Palpatine did to their ranks, the few remaining Jedi could probably use the help. It's hard to defend an entire galaxy when there are six or seven members of the Jedi Order.

10 He-Man Knows What Wielding Power Feels Like

As the greatest hero of Eternia, He-Man definitely knows a thing or two about fighting the good fight. He's been doing his best to keep Skeletor in check for most of his life, which is no easy task, to be sure.

He-Man already wields incredible power which has been bestowed on him by the Sorceress of Castle Greyskull. It would likely be quite simple for him to transition to using the Force and doing battle as a Jedi. The added benefit is that it would drive Skeletor nuts.

9 Gumball Would Be A Rather Offbeat Jedi

While this is likely a massive understatement, The Amazing World of Gumball got incredibly weird. At the core of it all is a 12-year-old cat named Gumball Watterson who is trying to navigate the trials and tribulations of life with his adopted brother, a goldfish named Darwin.

Gumball might have been an exceedingly odd child but he is also a good kid who ultimately did what is right. And being strange never kept anyone from being a Jedi. Look at Obi-Wan Kenobi. That guy is a straight-up weirdo.

8 Lion-O Is Familiar With Swords

Leading a group like the Thundercats is no easy feat, particularly for a young fella like Lion-O. He wasn't necessarily ready to lead a group of warriors who were older and more experienced than him. But he rose to the challenge.

If there's one thing that Lion-O knows how to do, it's doing battle with a sword. He would take to a lightsaber like a fish to water. Lion-O certainly has the right temperament to be a Jedi. If nothing else, the guy is definitely more mature and reasonable than Anakin Skywalker.

7 Louise Belcher Would Scary But Effective

There is a very real chance that Louise Belcher is one of the scariest people on TV. She is smart, cunning, and capable of virtually anything, no matter how insane her actions might seem to most people. On the face of the situation, that would seem to make her a bad choice to be a Jedi.

In reality, she would be a fantastic, not to mention fearless, Jedi. Louise would relish the opportunity to study the Force and learn how to use a lightsaber. Her master would just have to keep an eye on her as she could slip to the Dark Side quite easily.

6 Hudson Would Make A Great Jedi Mentor

Goliath was the leader of his clan on Gargoyles but even he needed to go to someone for wisdom and guidance. In his case, that individual was Hudson, a battle-hardened warrior who was Goliath's predecessor. Hudson preferred to watch TV with Bronx but he could still throw down when necessary.

The parallels between Hudson and Yoda are quite apparent. They're both mentors who have gained great wisdom from their years of experience on the battlefield and in leadership roles. It's not difficult to imagine Hudson taking a seat on the Jedi Council.

5 Brock Samson Is The Scariest Jedi Ever

In the world of The Venture Bros., henchmen feared no one more than the walking Swedish murder machine known as Brock Samson. Assigned to the Venture family as their protector and bodyguard, he relished every opportunity to utterly dismantle any unwitting henchman who was in reach.

Jedi are supposed to control their emotions, which is not something that Brock is particularly good at. But he's not afraid of hard training or learning a new way of slaughtering bad guys. Giving him a lightsaber would just make him more efficient at it.

4 Trevor Belmont Could Use The Skills

The Belmont family has a long history of fighting vampires and other monsters, even though they were ultimately excommunicated for doing so. That includes Trevor Belmont, the last of their line and someone who was really good at his job.

Trevor spends a lot of time fighting the likes of Dracula and his horde of otherworldly creatures. Belmont is a legendary, hall of fame hero and would excel as a Jedi. Plus, the Force would give him quite an edge in his ongoing war.

3 Korra Is Lightsaber Away From Being A Jedi

Becoming the next Avatar is no easy task. At least Korra wanted the job from day one, unlike her predecessor who ended up spending a century trapped in ice after running away from it. But once she got all facets of her role down, she was an unstoppable force of nature.

Learning to master the Force would be a simple matter for someone who has mastered the four elements as well as the spiritual side to her powers. To be frank, all Korra needs is the lightsaber and she would be a full-on Jedi.

2 Samurai Jack Is Basically A Jedi

When a demon-like Aku invades, there's only one responsible thing to do and that's spend the next couple of decades training to defeat him. That's exactly what the man who became Samurai Jack did, becoming acquainted with a variety of skills and fighting styles.

Much like Korra, training to become a Jedi would be a simple matter for him. Jack has spent most of his adult life training. Plus, he has the sword skills to simply pick up a lightsaber and go to work. Aku had better watch himself if Jedi Jack comes calling.

1 Harley Quinn With The Force Is Frightening

When the Joker first corrupted Harleen Quinzel, little did he know that he was unleashing DC's next great anti-hero. Harley Quinn was supposed to be his chief henchman and paramour. Eventually, she became somewhat of a hero, becoming a borderline member of the Bat-family.

Giving Harley access to the Force might not be the best idea. Then again, various Jedi thought training Anakin was a good idea, and look how that turned out. If nothing else, training Harley Quinn as a Jedi has to be a better choice for the galaxy than training Anakin Skywalker.
