Spider-Man 3's Tom Holland Teases Best Day of His Career | CBR

Marvel Cinematic Universe star Tom Holland teased fans about exciting happenings on Spider-Man 3's set while sharing the spotlight with his sibling, Harry Holland.

"Today was easily one of the highlights of my career," he wrote. "For those of you that were there, you know what I’m talking about and for those of you that weren’t, you better buckle up!!!"

Holland's recent post isn't the first one to feature his sibling. Previously, Holland shared a set photo of Harry Holland hanging upside down as a captured criminal on the set of Spider-Man 3  with a caption reading, "Typical sibling fight. The younger sibling always ends up upside down." His photo confirmed previous rumors that Harry Holland would star alongside his older brother in the upcoming Spidey film.

Several set photos from Spider-Man 3 have made their way online, including shots of a F.E.A.S.T. truck, hinting at the possible MCU debut of Mr. Negative. Other set photos revealed that the Far From Home sequel takes place during Christmas and a suit photo that led fans to speculate that Stark's Iron Spider suit is returning.

While plot details for Spider-Man 3 remain scarce, several rumors pointed towards actors from the two previous incarnations of the Spider-Man film franchise appearing in the film, including former Spider-Man Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield.

Marvel Studios President and Marvel Chief Creative Officer Kevin Feige confirmed that Spider-Man 3 and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness would address plot developments from WandaVision, with Benedict Cumberbatch reprising his role as Doctor Strange in Spider-Man 3. Given the rumored appearance of prior Spider-Man actors/characters from previous franchises and the presence of the Sorcerer Supreme, fans speculated the film's plot will explore a multiverse akin to 2018's Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Directed by Jon Watts, the currently untitled sequel to Spider-Man: Far From Home stars Tom Holland, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jamie Foxx, Alfred Molina and Benedict Cumberbatch. The film arrives in theaters Dec. 17, 2021.
