Jujutsu Kaisen has quickly become one of the most popular new anime since it first debuted in Shonen Jump. With the beloved series Attack on Titan coming to a close, fans will need another story to fill the void—and Jujutsu Kaisen offers action, suspense, and interesting characters to keep fans engaged.
Although the cast of Jujutsu Kaisen fit into their world of cursed spirits and sorcery well, it's fun to think about what-if scenarios. For example, what would a crossover event with another popular series look like? If the Jujutsu Kaisen characters were to fall into the world of Attack on Titan, would they be able to survive?
10 Would Survive: Satoru Gojo — He's Way Too Skilled To Be Defeated By A Titan
It's hard to believe there's any threat Satoru wouldn't survive. The cursed spirits in his own anime are terrified of him—so much so that they go to great lengths to ensure he can't join the fray when they attack Tokyo Jujutsu High.
Satoru is like the Levi Ackerman of Jujutsu Kaisen, and fans have seen how well Levi handles Titan attacks. Satoru would likely be just as skilled at fending off the giant monsters, particularly if he's given vertical maneuvering equipment and some training before charging into battle.
9 Wouldn't Survive: Megumi Fushiguro — His Tendency To Hesitate Would Be His Downfall
Megumi is a powerful fighter and a fast learner, but neither of those things means he'd be capable of holding his own against a Titan. The main quality that would set Megumi back is his tendency to hesitate to care about those he cares about. If his friends were in danger, he'd almost certainly lose focus—and that's something one can't afford when fighting against Titans.
Megumi's Ten Shadows Technique would make him a formidable foe in Jujutsu Kaisen, but it wouldn't do him much good against a Titan. The Shikigami he calls upon is unlikely to do much damage to such giant creatures, rendering his greatest power more or less useless in an Attack on Titan setting.
8 Would Survive: Sukuna — He Would Be Able To Outsmart And Defeat Them
Sukuna can't be killed as long as he has a vessel. Fans of Jujutsu Kaisen have seen him regrow Itadori's body parts in battle and even bring him back to life. For this reason, any damage a Titan could do to Sukuna would be minimal. Short of swallowing him whole, it's hard to see how Attack on Titan's villains would successfully get rid of him.
On top of that, Sukuna is incredibly powerful and cunning. He doesn't concern himself with trivial things and would likely hold his own against a Titan, regardless of whatever was happening around him. Since Titans don't typically display conscious thought, an intelligent being like Sukuna would also be well-positioned to outsmart them.
7 Wouldn't Survive: Yuji Itadori — He's Strong, But He Likely Would Perish From A Titan Attack
Itadori has come a long way since Jujutsu Kaisen's first episode, and his ability to wield cursed energy has undoubtedly gotten stronger. However, whether he could actually survive a Titan attack is another story. Not only would this require him to maintain speed and power for a prolonged period of time, but it would test his ability to stay calm in a much darker situation than we've seen him in.
Even if Itadori could summon enough cursed energy to battle a Titan, he'd likely have the same problem as Megumi—worrying about his friends would leave too much of an opening for his opponents.
6 Would Survive: Aoi Todo — He's Power And Strength Could Enable Him To Battle A Titan
Todo has proven himself a far more skilled sorcerer than most of the other students' Jujutsu Kaisen has introduced thus far. He's able to remain focused in battle and is surprisingly fast. With a little training, Todo could definitely take on a few Titans.
Todo's attitude is something that's often missing from Attack on Titan—and a little confidence on the battlefield could go a long way toward surviving a Titan assault. Of course, overconfidence can also be deadly, but it seems like Todo can back up his self-assured attitude.
5 Wouldn't Survive: Nobara Kugisaki — She Needs More Battle Experience And Staying Calm In Battle
Like Itadori, Nobara has learned a lot since she joined Tokyo Jujutsu High—her one-on-one battle with Momo proves that. However, like the other freshmen, Nobara still has a long way to go to mastering her powers. She also needs more experience when it comes to battle, and specifically, staying calm in the face of danger.
Nobara is taken by surprise during spirit attacks multiple times during Jujutsu Kaisen's first season, which begs the question of how well she'd remain focused during a Titan attack. One mistake or moment of distraction could spell the end for her in this situation.
4 Would Survive: Kento Nanami — His Calm And Collected Nature Would Help Him Battle Efficiently
Nanami is one of the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerers fans meet during season one of Jujutsu Kaisen, and he's also one of the most eccentric. Caught somewhere between sorcery and mundane corporate life, Nanami views every battle he's in through the lens of a straight-laced businessman. This could actually help him should he ever face a Titan attack.
Nanami's tendency to view everything in such a matter-of-fact way makes him likely to keep his head during an assault, even if things take a horrifying turn. He has demonstrated an impressive ability to predict his opponent's next move and combat it during his time with Itadori, so there's a good chance he'd scrape by during a Titan attack.
3 Wouldn't Survive: Panda — His Abilities Wouldn't Be Useful During A Titan Attack
During the Kyoto Goodwill Event, Jujutsu Kaisen fans are treated to a taste of just how powerful Panda is. Up until this arc, viewers mostly just hear about the older students' abilities, but seeing them in action is a completely different experience. And the revelation that Panda has not one but three cores during his fight against Mechamaru highlights how powerful he is.
Still, even with all three of those cores, Panda just managed to defeat Mechamaru. Although shifting forms make him bigger and stronger, none of his configurations makes him large enough to butt heads with a Titan. He isn't human might make him less of a target during a Titan attack, but outside of that, his abilities wouldn't be much use if forced to fight one.
2 Would Survive: Mahito — His Shapeshifting And Ability To Escape Would Enable Him To Survive
Mahito is a Special Grade cursed spirit with a unique ability: the power to reshape souls. The Jujutsu Kaisen villain has used this daunting ability to turn humans into mindless weapons—and since Titans are technically humans at their core, he might be able to leverage this power if ever faced with one of them.
If Mahito could use his transfiguration against Titans, there's really no doubt as to whether he'd survive a Titan assault. In fact, he could even convince the giants to do his bidding if this capability applies to them.
1 Wouldn't Survive: Toge Inumaki — His Cursed Technique Would Be Handy, But Its Repercussions Are Fatal
Toge is one of the strongest students at Tokyo Jujutsu High, and there's no denying he has the bravery and awareness to fight against Titans. However, whether his Cursed Speech would do much damage to a Titan remains a question—and the answer would decide Toge's fate.
During his fight with Hanami in season 1, Toge can only push the cursed spirit back—and he's hardly as large and regenerative as a Titan. Even if Toge could damage a few Titans with his Cursed Speech, there's also the glaring issue that using his power hurts him. That could leave him in a potentially fatal situation if more Titans arrived while he was in a weakened state.
