JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's third hero is none other than Jotaro Kujo, the star of the Stardust Crusaders story arc. Jotaro is a Stand user, wielding the incredible melee Stand known as Star Platinum. With it, Jotaro can reduce nearly any foe to a pulp under Star Platinum's knuckles, and this Stand is even quick enough to catch bullets in midair.
But for all his remarkable powers, Jotaro Kujo can only do so much, even when his miniature time-freezing power (borrowed from The World) is factored in. Some anime characters can, all things considered, outperform Jotaro in battle and destroy their enemies faster and more thoroughly. Others, though, can't quite measure up to what Jotaro can do.
10 Stronger than Jotaro: Sasuke Uchiha, The Vengeful Shinobi (Naruto)
Sasuke Uchiha wields many diverse powers in battle, and he learned many of those techniques from wicked villains such as Orochimaru or Obito Uchiha. Sasuke was born with talent and the Sharingan eye, but not even that was enough for him.
Sasuke consorted with dark powers to enhance his Chidori technique, use the Mangekyo Sharingan, create powerful genjutsu and even use animal summoning. All together, Sasuke's powers easily outstrip what Jotaro can do.
9 Weaker than Jotaro: Metal Bat, The Punk Hero (One-Punch Man)
Many of the top-ranked heroes of the Hero Association are melee masters, such as Silver Fang and Puri Puri Prisoner. Then there's Metal Bat, who embodies a typical Japanese punk with his parted school uniform, tough-guy hair, and a metal baseball bat.
Metal Bat is a real powerhouse in combat, using that bat as a club to pulverize any foe who gets too close. He's a capable warrior, but he can't quite match the speed or precision of Star Platinum, nor can he pause time.
8 Stronger than Jotaro: Ulquiorra Schiffer, The 4th Espada (Bleach)
One of the most powerful villains of the Hueco Mundo arc was Ulquiorra Schiffer, who ranked 4th among the powerhouse Espadas. He is cold, calculating, and ruthless, meaning he will deliver fatal blows to his enemies without hesitation. Toying with his enemies never even occurs to him.
Ulquiorra's swordplay, strength, and speed are easily a match for Star Platinum, and when he releases his zanpakuto, he can fire the ultra-destructive Cero Oscuras, as well as explosive energy lances. If that weren't enough, he can also fly and rapidly regenerate his flesh. Jotaro wishes he could do all that.
7 Weaker than Jotaro: Bolin, The Kind Earthbender (The Legend Of Korra)
Bolin is an Earthbender who racked up some serious experience in Republic City's pro-bending arena, meaning he's alert and light on his feet during combat. He can bend earth with great skill, and even bend lava to create impassable fields of molten rock. He cannot, however, bend metal.
Bolin is a tough fighter, but he lacks the tactical insights that Jotaro Kujo can find in his enemies, and Bolin's speed and precision can't match Jotaro's, either. Bolin hits hard, but Star Platinum totally outclasses him.
6 Stronger than Jotaro: Laxus Dreyar, The Lightning Dragon Slayer (Fairy Tail)
Few wizards in the world can compare to the electric Laxus Dreyar, who has certainly earned his S rank in the Fairy Tail wizard guild. To begin with, Laxus boasts incredible physical strength and endurance, and he's a capable melee fighter. But that's not even his true power.
Laxus can crush his enemies with a variety of lightning-based attacks, and he can even convert his body into a lightning bolt to zip around the battlefield with great speed and agility. Laxus can't stop time, but in nearly every other category, he narrowly but definitely outstrips Jotaro.
5 Weaker than Jotaro: Fat Gum, The Fat-Absorption Hero (My Hero Academia)
The pro hero Fat Gum is a dedicated melee fighter, just like Jotaro Kujo is. Fat Gum has a special ability: he can absorb kinetic energy and objects into his body fat, and this allows him to build up his strength for a counterattack.
Fat Gum is a pro to the last, but he can't outperform Jotaro in battle. Jotaro's Stand can hit just as hard, if not harder, and it boasts superior speed and agility when compared to Fat Gum. Jotaro is also a sharper thinker in battle than Fat Gum is.
4 Stronger than Jotaro: Pride, The Firstborn Homunculus (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
Pride, the firstborn homunculus, is a strange creature. His true body is a mass of shadows that features many eyes and mouths, but he can walk around in a hollow shell known as "Selim Bradley." If shadows are around, then Pride can unleash his full power.
Pride has the piercing power of Lust, the hardness of Greed, the sight of Wrath, the all-consuming power of Gluttony, the shapeshifting of Envy, and the speed of Sloth, not to mention a body that's nearly indestructible due to its strange nature. No way could Jotaro hope to outperform Pride in battle, even with Star Platinum on full blast.
3 Weaker than Jotaro: Kotaro Amon, The CCG Investigator (Tokyo Ghoul)
Kotaro Amon is a dedicated ghoul hunter, but he is only human. He wields various quinque in battle or anti-ghoul weapons, and he has put his training to good use. If he is given the right quinque, he can stand up to most ghouls.
Still, Kotaro can rarely rival Star Platinum's top-tier speed, hitting power or durability, and Jotaro can freeze time and outwit his enemies more effectively than Kotaro Amon can. Kotaro had better hope that Jotaro never becomes a ghoul.
2 Stronger than Jotaro: Demon Lord Milim, Rimuru's "Bestie" (That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime)
Despite her goofy personality and slender physique, demon lord Milim is an absolute powerhouse. In fact, not even the mighty Rimuru Tempest, with all his abilities, could defeat her. Instead, he bribed her with honey to win her over as an ally.
Milim can easily summon enough power to destroy a massive aerial enemy such as Charybdis, and that wasn't even the full extent of her strength, which is saying a lot. Clearly, Milim vastly outclasses Jotaro, even if she isn't as observant and resourceful as him.
1 Weaker than Jotaro: Nezuko Kamado, The Bloodless Demon (Demon Slayer)
Nezuko Kamado is a powerful demon, but she doesn't dare lift a finger against humans. Instead, she restrains her power and lets her brother Tanjiro Kamado do most of the fighting. Once in a while, though, Nezuko will join Tanjiro in battle and prove her worth.
Nezuko can deliver powerful kicks, and she can use flame-based abilities, not to mention she can regenerate her wounds like any demon can. However, Jotaro's sharp tactical mind, extreme punching power and speed, and reflexes are a cut above Nezuko's.
