A former Teen Titan is back from the dead as part of DC Comics' Infinite Frontier, and it looks like he has an arsenal of new abilities at his disposal.
The official solicit for July's Infinite Frontier #2 explains, among other things, that Roy Harper has gained "some unexpected and unpredictable new powers" following his return from the grave. The one-time sidekick of Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, Roy was an early member of the Teen Titans as Speedy. He has assumed other identities over the years, including Red Arrow and, perhaps most famously, Arsenal.
Arsenal was among the many superheroes inadvertently killed by Wally West at Sanctuary during the events of Heroes in Crisis, with the archer's funeral being held on the hill where he had previously decided to get sober. Arsenal was resurrected, albeit in a zombified state, to once again fight alongside the Teen Titans as part of Dark Nights: Death Metal. Infinite Frontier has now properly restored the former Speedy to life. That being said, it remains to be seen what new superpowers he has, as well as what drawbacks these abilities may come with. Infinite Frontier #2 evidently has a few more developments up its sleeve as well, including the "drastic measures" the original Green Lantern, Alan Scott, is taking to locate his missing daughter, Jade.
