Conqueror's Haki is one of the rarest powers in the world of One Piece, known to be possessed by only one in a million people. If a person isn't born with the power to use Conqueror's Haki, they cannot awaken it, which isn't true for the other two Haki types.
Furthermore, Conqueror's Haki cannot be trained, and it only grows stronger when the user does. In Wano Country, an advanced level of this power, where the user infuses their attacks or weapons with it, was introduced to the fans in Luffy's fight against Kaido. However, only a handful of characters can achieve this feat.
8 Zoro Might Have Tapped Into This Power When Using Asura
Roronoa Zoro is one of the strongest swordsmen in the One Piece world, and he aims to surpass Dracule Mihawk, the man who currently holds the title of the strongest swordsman in the story. As such, it's no surprise that Zoro possesses the power to use Conqueror's Haki.
However, this power remains dormant within him, and he hasn't learned to control it yet. In Zoro's fight against Kaido on the rooftop of Onigashima, he unleashed all that he had with his strongest attack, Dead Man's Game, and managed to wound Kaido with it. According to the Yonko, the attack might have involved the usage of Conqueror's Haki, but Zoro himself didn't know anything about it.
7 Luffy Was Able To Infuse His Punches With Conqueror's Haki
Luffy picked up the usage of advanced Conqueror's Haki after being hit by a similar attack from Kaido. Managing to grasp the concept of Conqueror's Haki infusion, he was able to immediately use it on his punches and kicks and, to everyone's surprise, match Kaido in the fight despite not using the gears offered by his Devil Fruit.
Whereas Roronoa Zoro's strongest attack, Dead Man's Game, wasn't able to bring Kaido to his knees, Luffy managed to do so with a simple punch infused with this power. He then continued to fight Kaido in a one-on-one for at least 20 minutes, making use of several Conqueror's Haki attacks throughout the battle.
6 Luffy Can Infuse Gomu Gomu No Mi Attacks With Conqueror's Haki
Although Luffy didn't tap into the power of his Devil Fruit gears against Kaido after learning to infuse Conqueror's Haki, it is implied that he attempted to use a new technique that combined Gomu Gomu no Mi's power with Conqueror's Haki.
Luffy attempted this technique at some point during their one-on-one fight and apparently failed to pull it off. Surprisingly, it was off-paneled by Oda as Kaido only commented on it after Luffy's second defeat to him. It is highly likely that Luffy will use this ability when the two clash for the last time.
5 Big Mom Can Infuse Punches With Conqueror's Haki
Big Mom is one of the Yonko of the Sea in the One Piece world, and it's no surprise that she's a user of Conqueror's Haki infusion. During her search for Eustass Kid in Onigashima, she came across Page One, who was busy hunting down Tama and the Straw Hat Pirates. After being made aware of the fate that Big Mom's friends at Okobore Town faced at the hands of Kaido's Beasts Pirates, she showed no hesitation in using her Conqueror's Haki clad fist to knock out Page One, one of the Tobiroppo, in a single strike.
4 Kaido Infuses His Kanabo With Conqueror's Haki To Perform Thunder Bagua
Like Big Mom, Kaido is one of the Yonko of the One Piece world and is thus a user of Conqueror's Haki as well. To make his attacks stronger, Kaido is known to infuse them with Conqueror's Haki on top of Armament Haki as well. One of the most powerful attacks he performs while using the two powers is Thunder Bagua. When used against Luffy for the first time, Kaido was able to knock him out in a single hit despite him having a bounty of 1.5 billion berries on his head.
3 Kaido Infuses Conqueror's Haki In Three Worlds: Ragnaraku
After accessing his hybrid form, Kaido gains further strength, speed, and agility which he displayed to full effect during his fight against Monkey D. Luffy. One of the strongest techniques that Kaido has performed in his hybrid form so far is Three Worlds: Ragnaraku.
Using this power, Kaido slammed his club, infused with Conqueror's Haki, into Luffy, heavily injuring him and knocking him out in the process. Interestingly, Luffy was able to learn how to infuse his strikes with Conqueror's Haki after observing this technique of Kaido.
2 Whitebeard Could Infuse Murakumogiri With The Power Of Conqueror's Haki
Known to be the strongest man in the One Piece world during his time, Whitebeard was known to be a pirate capable of matching Gol D. Roger in combat. When the two clashed for the last time during their prime years, Whitebeard was seen making use of Conqueror's Haki to coat his weapon, Murakumogiri, and increase the power of all his attacks to hit Roger. This remains to be one of his strongest attacks in the story so far. Unfortunately, his health condition didn't allow him to tap into Conqueror's Haki during the Marineford arc.
1 Gol D. Roger Could Infuse Ace With Conqueror's Haki
Roger is, undoubtedly, the greatest known pirate to ever exist in One Piece. Although he didn't have a known Devil Fruit ability, he had an incredible grasp over his Haki which allowed him to match Whitebeard in a fight even though the latter had the power of Gura Gura no Mi on top of all three Haki types. Unsurprisingly, Roger was able to use Conqueror's Haki infusion, as seen when he infused Ace, his sword, with Conqueror's Haki to attack Whitebeard. Roger's mastery over this power was incredible and just as good as Whitebeard's, if not even better.
