Xbox Resurrects Classic R&B Group All-4-One to Tout All Access Features

Classic 90s R&B group All-4-One teamed up with Microsoft to tweak its classic song ''I Swear'' to promote its Xbox All Access feature.

Released on YouTube, the video features all the original members singing the updated version of the song, titled "It's All There." Labeled as a remix of "I Swear," the music video focuses on an Xbox user upgrading their console from an Xbox One to an Xbox Series S while All-4-One croons the benefits of Xbox All Access. The advert also sports many tropes of 90s R&B music videos, including randomly glistening objects, hair curtains and pristine white suits.

"As gamers begin the next generation of play on Xbox Series X|S we do so remembering the great experiences we had before. So what better way to celebrate than with the 90s R&B sensation, All-4-One, reimagining “I Swear,” their 1994 ballad?" reads the video's description. The advert has been met with a mixture of delight and confusion by many Xbox fans.

Xbox All Access is a service offered by Microsoft that enables customers to purchase a console, either the new Xbox Series X|S or an Xbox One, through a monthly payment plan. The deal includes the console, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Xbox Live Gold and access to Xbox Cloud Gaming. After 24 months, users that sign up for Xbox All Access are able to keep their purchased console.

All-4-One is a grammy-winning R&B group best known for their singles "I Swear" and "I Can Love You Like That." The group has collectively sold 69 million records worldwide and continues to produce music independently.
