It would be odd to describe any character in My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU as a villain, but Haruno Yukinoshita fits the bill better than any other. Though she does not harbor any malice towards the star-struck trio of Hikigaya Hachiman, Yukino Yukinoshita, or Yui Yuigahama, she does entertain herself by meddling in their affairs and making them question their motives.
An antagonist of the highest order, her off-putting demeanor shrouds her genuine concern for her sister's well-being and for Hachiman's maturation.

While Ai Hayasaka boasts a fanbase comparable to that of main characters in other shows, she still does not get enough attention for her radiance in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War. It is not hyperbolic to say Kaguya would be a hot mess without the cool, measured attendance of Hayasaka.
Her dutifulness is surpassed only by her charm, and her aura alone would qualify her as the inarguable "best girl" in many other franchises. As the show's pugilistic lovers close in on each other, her crucial role in supporting her lady's amoristic conquest will only become more evident.

His most eye-catching scenes may have been those in which he went berserk from eating mushrooms, but Bjorn's most important contribution was his fealty to Askeladd. Bjorn's even-handedness and calm were imperative to his leader's prosperity.

Touko Aozaki is everything you could want in a boss: she is supremely knowledgeable, she spares no expense to look out for her employees, and she smokes and plays video games on the job. As though that were not enough, she also happens to be a scarily powerful mage who refuses to die.
The chaotic world of The Garden Of Sinners is brutal and unforgiving, but Touko is steadfastly gracious and compassionate. She is the sort of person you want on your side, no matter the circumstance.
1 Rio Futaba Can Get To The Bottom Of Any Problem (Rascal Does Not Dream Of Bunny Girl Senpai)
Rascal Does Not Dream Of Bunny Girl Senpai features a main love interest who is no stranger to the center stage—Sakurajima Mai is a celebrity, after all—and a rascal of a protagonist, Sakuta Azusagawa, but do not overlook the science-loving Rio Futaba. Behind the trio's pubescent struggles are high-level theorems, all of which are expertly enumerated by Rio Futaba.
Without her, Sakuta would be left floundering in his efforts to solve the bizarre predicaments his friends encounter. Rio is the best friend any guy could ask for, and her problem-solving is worthy of a Nobel Prize.
