Hajime Isayama has admitted that the Cart Titan looks so much different than Pieck because he originally intended for Pieck's character to be named Oliver. Oliver Pieck appeared to be a middle aged man with an upturned nose and smile lines. The Cart Titan that fans know today is more than likely based on Oliver's character design despite the fact that Pieck Finger is the true pilot of the Cart.
6 The Cart Titan Is Only As Powerful As The Things They Carry
To make up for the Cart Titan's weaknesses in combat, Marley wisely outfitted Pieck with an arsenal of armored gunman whenever she entered the fray. As the series progressed and Pieck continued to survive the war between Eren and Marley, the Cart Titan was outfitted with more and more deadly mounts.
Unfortunately, the Cart Titan's strength relies far to much on whatever is mounted onto its back. Once Pieck's cargo is removed, she is nearly as weak in her titan form as she is in her human form.

While collaboration is good more often than it is bad, being forced to rely on others has put the Cart Titan in some tough situations. During Eren's Assault on Marley, Pieck's gunners were routinely taken out by the flying devils from Paradis, leaving the Cart Titan defenseless.

The amount of time Pieck has spent in titan form has shifted her habits. Even in human form, the pilot of the Cart Titan has been known to walk around on all four limbs unless prompted by her allies to act more like a human.

The Cart Titan has very few notable abilities in the larger world of Attack on Titan other than its endurance. When compared to the other Intelligent Titans, Pieck is very limited in terms of offensive and defensive strength.
While Reiner and Eren's titan forms are able to withstand a large amount of physical damage, Pieck's Cart Titan heals much more slowly. This proves to be a pretty sizable weakness when Pieck is taken down by the Eldian Devils from the Island of Paradis during their Assault on Marley.

This harsh truth is as absolute for the Cart Titan as it is for the Attack Titan. Whoever inherits the Titan's power is doomed to die within 13 years. Of course, most titans get the chance to fill these 13 years with heroic acts of adventure, but the Cart Titan isn't quite so lucky.

Coming face to face to death before reaching middle age is sad, but being forced into death without the chance to be anything other than a pack mule is a tragedy.
