The first season of What If...? has provided several intriguing divergences from the Sacred Timeline. This includes a reality where Odin returned Loki to Laufey instead of raising him as an adopted son – and being an only child had an interesting effect on the God of Thunder.
Party Thor is irresponsible on a level that makes Star-Lord look calm and sensible. While this silly version of Thor is no less powerful than his Sacred Timeline counterpart, he doesn't seem to be as polished or experienced a warrior. Captain Marvel took advantage of that in What If...? and others would do the same in the comics. That doesn't mean they'd win, though.
10 Iron Man Doesn't Have The Power
For a guy who is best suited to think his way through most problems, Tony Stark sure likes to armor up and get in brawls. Nine times out of ten, that strategy serves him well. Then, there are those times that he gets his metal-clad butt handed to him.
Whether he loves to party or not, Thor is still the God of Thunder and has a significant amount of power at his disposal. He is Thor and he's going to lay a beating on Iron Man if the guy looks at him crosseyed.
9 Ninjak Loves A Fight And He's Gonna Get One
A secret agent. A mercenary. A master martial artist. Ninjak is the baddest of the bad that Valiant has to offer. He has handed out a series of losses to some of the toughest heroes and villains his universe has to offer.
Party Thor would be a completely different story. This is a level of power Ninjak simply isn't prepared for. Oddly enough, Ninjak's alter ego is a wealthy playboy who also enjoys a party or two. These two might just get along.
8 Aquaman Hopefully Has A Kraken To Call On
Being the King of Atlantis comes with a lot of baggage. Fortunately, Aquaman has always proven to be up to the challenge. He is strong, fast, and a battle-hardened warrior. Plus, he has an endless array of sea life he can call into battle.
That being said, it would be hard for Aquaman to watch Party Thor bring down the lightning and boil them all. Aquaman had better call in every sea monster he can find because he's not beating Party Thor on his own.
7 The Thing Just Isn't Strong Enough
When the Fantastic Four get in a fight, Thing plays an incredibly important role. The man is the heavy of the team, their powerhouse. Some might even call him the tank. Thing wades into a fight and throws haymakers harder than almost anyone else.
One of the exceptions to that would have to be Party Thor. Even after a weekend in Las Vegas, the man is still Thor. It's going to be an incredibly brutal fight, without question, but it's one that Party Thor is going to come out on top of.
6 Armstrong And Party Thor Would Bro Out
As one of Valiant's immortal warriors, Armstrong has seen more battles than he can probably remember. His long life has been an endless series of wars that just keep coming at him. That may have gotten worse after he started hanging out with Archer.
Armstrong and Party Thor would most likely end up hanging out. It's honestly hard to say which one of them likes to raise a pint more between the two of them. But eventually, one of these two party animals would say the wrong thing and a fight would break out. And Thor would win.
5 Shazam Has The Power Of The Gods
All it takes is one word for Billy Batson to make the change from a mild-mannered young lad to being a magical powerhouse. In the form of Shazam, he has the power of various mythological figures, all of this bestowed on him by the wizard Shazam.
While Shazam has the power of gods, Party Thor is a god – and not just the god of having a good time. When push comes to shove, Party Thor is still one of the toughest beings around. He would beat Shazam down with a fervor.
4 Spawn Would Burn Through His Powers
For most people, dying and going to Hell is a one-way trip that ends extremely poorly. Not in the case of Al Simmons. The military veteran turned hardened mercenary became even deadlier after dying and being gifted with the incredible powers of Hell as well as a living suit.
But Spawn would need every trick in his arsenal to bring Party Thor down. The gregarious God of Thunder has the moves to take on a being like Spawn and pick up the victory. That being said, it would be a fight unlike anything Thor had ever seen before.
3 Cyclops Needs More Than Optic Blasts
The long-time leader of the X-Men seems to have as many detractors as he does fans. Cyclops is a respected hero and warrior, but that doesn't change the fact that he can be more than a little sanctimonious, condescending, and often outright boring.
Cyclops' powerful optic blasts are no joke, but it's hard to say how much damage they'd actually do to someone like Party Thor. The guy would take the hit and get back up. Cyclops wouldn't get back up from any hit that Thor could deliver.
2 Bane Would Try And Fail
When a villain's claim to fame is that they broke Batman over their knee on two separate occasions, they are made for life. And if Bane never accomplishes anything else in his entire career as a villain, that is more than enough to put him in the Hall of Fame.
But Party Thor isn't Batman. No matter how much Venom Bane pumps into his body, he's not going to outpower someone like Thor. One good shot from Mjolnir and this fight is over, leaving Batman to point and laugh.
1 Invincible Can't Win Every Fight
Being Invincible is not an easy job. He's a young guy with a powerset comparable to Superman's who seems like he's constantly getting beaten up by someone. That includes his father Omni-Man, who really seems to enjoy beating him up.
Party Thor can be added to that list. Invincible is a powerhouse, without question, and a scrappy young man to boot. But that isn't enough to take down the likes of Thor, no matter how hungover he is from drinking for threes days straight with Armstrong in Vegas.
